Water Turn-off Valve

Every unit in Bolinwood has its own turn-off valve, which can completely shut off the water inside your unit. In the event that water is uncontrollably flooding from your unit, the best immediate solution is to turn the water completely off by locating the turn-off valve and turning it clockwise. Doing this would be an immediate solution if your hot water heater breaks and starts letting out water, if a toilet is overflowing, etc. In a 3-bedroom unit, the turn-off valve is located in the kitchen pantry right above the floor. In a 2-bedroom unit, the turn off valve is located somewhere within the cabinets underneath the kitchen sink – in the 2-bedroom units they are not all in the same precise spot but they are all located underneath the kitchen cabinets. Look at the pictures below to see the location of the turn-off valves.
