There are 2 types of visitor parking spots in Bolinwood: the spots marked "visitor" and the unmarked spots along the main driveway coming into Bolinwood. Please park in your assigned spot instead of a visitor because doing this reduces the chances of visitors parking in reserved spots. It is not allowed to leave a broken down car parked in a visitor spot for an indefinite period of time. It is not allowed to leave a car with an expired tag parked in a visitor spot for an indefinite period time.

An owner or resident has the authority to call Barnes Towing (919-929-3000) if an unknown car is in their assigned space. But PLEASE be patient in making a decision to tow a car. Sometimes it is a DoorDash driver dropping off food. Sometimes it is an honest mistake. Communicating with neighbors and even leaving anonymous signs on cars is a good way to prevent the issue. The HOA takes no responsibility for cars towed by a resident or owner. The owner/resident is required to provide a piece of mail or drivers license to prove that the assigned spot belongs to their unit. If a car is towed by Barnes it will cost the owner of the car $260 plus $60 per day that the car stays there. For this reason we urge people NOT to call Barnes Towing if they have another way to resolve the situation. If a car was mistakenly towed and the owner of the car can prove that they were parked in the correct spot, they should contact the property manager, Daniela de Cabrera at 336-380-1652.
