General Property Rules

​

1. No Trash Bags in Breezeways or outside your door – All trash must be placed in designated bins or dumpsters. Trash Pick up days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please do not block the dumpsters.

2. Recycling Bins are being emptied on Wednesday.

3. Please place flattened cardboard boxes in the large Blue Bin.

Pets & Animals

1. Pet Waste – Owners must pick up after pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.

2. Leash Policy – All pets must be on a leash in common areas.

3. No unattended tethering of your pets on HOA property.
